When I was a teen, I didn\'t have acne to bad.  Maybe a few pimples here and there.  Everyone always told me it would go away once I grew out of it, so I never worried much about it.  Fast forward to about 23 years old.  My acne was not only still around but it was getting worse; I started getting cysts and nodules and could barely stand to be out in public.  I don\'t even remember the google search I entered but I came upon an article talking about the real reasons why people have acne and why any external treatments could never cure you. This was an article written by Mike Walden, the creator of the Acne No More system.  I was intrigued to say the least, but I also had many reservations.  Here was a guy telling me that everything my dermatologist had said was wrong.  However seeing as how I still had terrible acne, I was inclined to believe what he was saying.  I did search for some acne no more review articles to see if I could learn anything more, but I was already sold at that point and bought the book after only a few minutes. Now again I can\'t give away his system in my Acne No More review, but I can talk about his treatments.  What Mike most focuses on is cleansing your body internally and giving back its ability to heal yourself.  That\'s the only way to get cured because you\'re not trying to treat the problem of acne, you\'re actually giving yourself and your body the ability to completely do away with acne for good.  Mike has several options for cleanses; juice fasts, colon cleanses and mono diets.  By doing these you allow your body the ability to heal itself by using energy that normally would be focused on digestion. But there\'s more to it than just fasting.  He shows you external means to help the healing process, he gives you incredibly easy to follow methods to maximize the effects of healing yourself and most important of all, he helps you understand and ease into fasts and cleansing methods so they\'re very easy to complete and most importantly, he shows you how to maintain your skin for the rest of your life.  This is important because you sure as heck can\'t just live off of juice fasts and mono diets forever. The last thing about my Acne No More review is how fast and effective his system worked for me.  I was determined to follow it to the letter so the very next day, I launched into it.  2 weeks later and my skin had completely cleared up.  I still had a few marks from my breakouts, but they were fading fast.  Can you imagine that?  Just 2 weeks; do you know of any acne products that can clear you that fast?  What\'s more is that his system will work for anyone with any kind of acne, unlike every other treatment option out there.
