Baking Soda Acne Treatment! Cost effective and easy!
by schmedes2 on May 13, 2010
Be careful if you have sensitive skin because this can aggravate it. Take about 1 teaspoon of baking soda and mix with a few drops of water until it makes a paste. Gently rub into skin in a circular motion and then rinse. If you use it as a mask, start for only a few minutes at a time so you can learn what your skin can handle. When you rinse, scrub into your skin gently in a circular motion. Enjoy! :)

So maybe you’ve seen me harp on the pharmaceutical companies and complain that they’re only interested in profits rather than actually curing people of their problems. One thing that I always complain about is the side effects of accutane because some of them are downright ridiculous. And for it being such a dangerous drug, its
I almost daily come across the typical treatment regimen for acne: benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, don’t touch your face, wash your pillow cases, sacrifice a goat and moisturize. Not necessarily in that order. Be it on TV, online or in real life, people still use the standard regimen to help with acne and tell it

At the height of my worst acne days, I had cystic acne that completely covered my cheeks with ugly and humongous pimples. It was such a bad experience for me that I barely ever left my house except to go to work or to school. Thankfully I eventually did discover a lot about acne that helped me
The thing with acne is that we’ve all been lead astray by the big drug corporations. We’re brainwashed into thinking we need some new cream to put on our skin when the real cause and cure of our problems lies within our bodies. When it comes down to it, our acne doesn’t have a single
When it comes to clearing our skin and doing away with acne, we’re all pretty much caught up in the same cycle of treatment. We wash our face and hands religiously and do what we can to never let our hands come anywhere near our face. We use expensive “acne treatment systems” to get rid of pimples
Hey I tried this out with the Cetaphil like somebody else had mentioned and it worked amazingly well. I’ve been through a whole round of proactive that didn’t work anywhere near this good. Just wondering how often are people doing this, twice a day or just once?
Cheers
Baking soda really works, I had a doctor mention it to me where I worked because she saw I was getting a lot of acne, she recommended me to use that with cetaphil face cleanser, at first i was really scared to try it out, even my co-worker said ” hmm I don’t know” lol but after a few months later when my acne got worst I saw her again, she told me. try the baking soda with cetaphil It will help you i promise, soooo i decided to try it out and it did work alot thats what i use now!
@minimj1824 like she said its ok if it stings. Means its working. Its like hydrogen perioxide. It stings but thats the substance killing bacteria. If it burns amd your in pain. Take it off and dont do it again.
You can use it in your hair to like when your taking a shower. If your hair feels like really dirty then it’s supposed to clean it more. I’m gonna try thus on my face cause I have a lot of blackheads so hopefully it’ll go away. Fingers crossed!!
I just put some on and a pimple I had got anihilated, like it popped it’s self! no joke. It does burn a little though. Today is day 1 for me. I hope it goes good.
