A few years back, I would get bored and start picking at my upper legs whenever I would wear shorts. Now my upper legs look terrifying and I can\'t wear shorts unless they go to my knees. What can I do (or product could I use) that could help clear up the bumps that are acne-like on my legs? And that won\'t take too long preferably. I currently live in Idaho, and I\'m going to visit my sister California this July, and since it will be extremely hot, I am going to want to wear shorts without the utter embarrassment of my hideous legs.

There is a need of a regular oil massage on your upper legs. You need also a gentle exercise such as walking on the spot to maintain your vigor. In your personal massage, natural oil is better preferred and done during night time before you sleep and when you wake up in the morning, you have to gently rub those oil or if not available anymore, put few of it before taking a bath. Try using mild soap first before using a cleansing soap or cream to finally wash all oil residue. You can put baby cologne and mild hand and body lotion. I think if your problem on clearing up the bumps on your legs is not so much a damage, one week of this therapy is enough for you to recover this unnecessary fats on your legs. You can also consult a medical doctor if you wish to.

I don’t know any super fast remedies but you could try moisturizing after you shower and also exfoliating your legs in the shower. Also see a dermatologist who can maybe prescribe a cream.
I don’t see why a normal acne product wouldn’t work.
Massage your legs with coconut oil or olive oil everyday before bath.After shower moisturize your legs with a good moisturizing cream .
