take multivitamins for women with more vitamin A than most other multivitamins. also, doctors could give you a vitamin A cream that works amazing. also here is a website with many good remedies that you could do at home!

"Natural" products won’t miraculously clear up your skin. In fact, natural ingredients are more likely to cause irritation or break you out.
And how is toothpaste "natural"? Both toothpaste and baking soda can easily irritate your acne, thus causing it to become inflamed and worsened. Toothpaste can also lead to minor burns and scarring.
Before playing around with products, figure out what could be causing the breakouts. Do you wash your bedsheets and pillowcases a few times a week? Do you touch your face a lot? Do you talk on a phone regularly without washing its surface? Try to eliminate any possible breakout culprits before submitting your skin to new products, as it could simply be a lifestyle issue causing the breakouts. For instance, if I do not wash my pillow cover and replace my pillow cases every 2 days or so, I will break out more on my cheeks. If I don’t wash my glasses every few days, I will break out around the bridge of my nose. If I wipe sweat away with the back of my hand while at the gym, I will break out more. If I use my shampoo too close to my hairline, it will cause breakouts.
As for a product that you might have some success with, I’d recommend calamine lotion. It works by drying out the spots, meaning the bacteria will not form an immunity towards it. It can also help tone down redness and inflammation. You could also use it as a weekly mask, since it contains a clay ingredient and is fairly gentle.
I don’t personally recommend olive oil, as it breaks me out and simply "sits" on my skin. I’m experimenting with Jojoba oil, and so far I’m loving it. I do agree with using a carrier oil of some kind in skin care though, since like dissolves like, meaning the oil can help dissolve your own natural sebum and blackheads, and can help control oil production. Since it does this non-intrusively, it won’t irritate your acne and cause it to become inflamed (as long as you use an oil that works for your skin; oils work differently for everyone). You can try it out as a moisturizer by patting one to two drops onto your cleansed face, or use it as a pre-cleanser and makeup remover.
