I have blackheads on my nose, and a few on my cheeks, some minor pimples, and if you look closely, you can kinda see my pores, not sure on the last one, kinda hard to explain, but what can i do to get rid of it all, i want smooth, clear skin, any helps appreciated, thanks. btw, does the "seeing my pores thing" make any sense?

yeah well the pores thing i understand. there are medications for pore size reduction if you’re interested. try using facial masks. buy them from the store pretty cheap like 5 bucks at most. just put it on for 15 min and then wash it off. do this 1-2 times a week and should help a lot
Wash your face somewhat gently with baking soda and water. The baking soda scrubs off the dead skin cells gently. Then take vinegar (preferably apple cider vinegar) and mix it with water. Then put on your affected area. Should clear right up! Drink lots of water to flush the toxins out of your system.
Do not use toothpaste or Listerine!!! And yes, your pores have gotten bigger than they used to be due to either squeezing or bad acne.

juat get some lemon juice and sugar, then mix them together, and scrub ur face with it!!! it seriuosly works!! makes your face smooth too! makes u smell good and tastes good! mmm lemonade!
