Number 1, Water, Water, Water. Drink at lease 75 percent of your body weight in 8 oz. glasses. More, though is advisable for someone struggling with skin problems. Drink till you can’t take more! Models always have water with them, for their skin.
Secondly, externally. Wash your face often, several times a day. If you can use a natural, mild soap once a day, but plain water is almost as good.
Also, your diet is a huge factor in the condition of your skin. Avoid Greasy, oily foods, such as french fries or peanut butter. Chocolate is also a factor in skin problems. In small amounts, carrob substitutes can help with cravings for that. The more fruits and vegetables as grown you eat, the healthier your skin will be.
And, stress can also cause pimples. The best way to aleviate negative stress is to give it to God. Sing, laugh, and do not let the pimples get you down!
