How do i get perfectly clear skin?

i use neutrogena. oil free acne cleanser, wave, and oil free acne wash. i use the oil free face cleanser evry morning. i use the wave in the morning and when i take a shower. i use the oil free acne wash evrytime i take a shower. Im 13. i dont have a severe problem with acne, but i want my face to be clean and clear. ami using these products wrong or is there something else you suggest. also, my arms get those bumps on it that are like goose bumps but they\'re not. what can i do to fix that?
