Be careful what you apply to skin. Soaps, cleansers, moisturizers, shampoos (they get on facial skin) can be seriously skin harming. My many skin conditions were caused by them.

use tea =) i buy mine straight from germany, and bosnia. i use a paper towel and soak it with the tea and put the towel on my face and fall asleep with it. it really works =D hope its some help ! – also don’t buy the sweet tea, buy ones that taste strong, and kind of nasty ?
1. Eat more fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds.
2. Try to drink at least two liters of still mineral water
