Go to a dermatologist. They can help you with the dry skin, and maybe help get rid of acne scars. :)

You need to exfoliate to get rid of the dry skin. I exfoliate every morning by using a small loofah and some moisturizing soap. Make sure you apply a moisturizer after you get out of the shower. At night, I have been washing my face and then taking some sea salt, mixing it w/ water and rubbing that on my face for several seconds before rinsing it off and moisturizing my face w/ a little bit of extra virgin coconut oil. This has worked pretty well. (I read a bunch of stuff about the sea salt having many healing properties)

If the rest of your skin is dry as well, then supplement your diet w/ fish oil capsules and vitamin E.

I’m sure someone on here will gripe about the sea salt being drying and you already have dry skin, but the skin on my face is the best hydrated part of my body right now, so I’m sure it won’t be a problem. I live in a very drying environment right now b/c of the winter months, so I started taking 2 fish oil capsules about a week ago (1 in am and 1 in pm) and that has helped the rest of my skin.

I have wonderful outcomes when I use this; and it gets rid of any redness of mine(aspirin), and makes my skin very smooth and smelling nice(honey+Burts).

GOOD LUCK! acne is such a pain. . .I know the feeling :/

1 Aspirin.
1 teaspoon of Baking Soda.
1/2 teaspoon of honey.
1 drop of Cetaphil.
2-3 tablespoons of water. (don’t over water it, eyeball it if you want; you want it to be a paste, not so much JUST water)

*Crush the aspirin, combine all the ingredients in a small bowl or small container, and either use your hands or a electric toothbrush to scrub it all over your face; Then once you rinse it off with WARM water then COLD water, use a nice facial lotion like maybe Burt’s Bees. But DO NOT do this everyday, because you don’t want to "overdose" on aspirin; but feel free to use it without aspirin :)
-everyday you don’t use it, just rinse your face and use the burts bees lotion.

Burt’s Bees Radiance Day Creme $14.99 (WORTH IT)
Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser $7.99
Walgreens Low Dose Aspirin 81 mg $4.99
Deerfield Farms All Natural Baking Soda 2/$2.00
Grade A Pure Honey $4.29

(These prices may differ at depending stores)
