Alright, here\'s the deal. My prom is on Saturday. I don\'t have really bad acne, but it\'s enough to want to get rid of. How can I have clearer skin before my prom? Any suggestions. I also have a pretty low cut dress in the back. I have like occasional acne on my back. Any suggestions for how to prevent/get rid of this little problem? Thanks so much!

if you have difficult acne, go to your dermatologist and (s)he can inject the pimple with a steroid that will flatten it in 24 hours. most treatments take a few months to work at their most effective, but in a week you can try taking ibuprofen (to reduce inflammation and swelling), applying a benzoyl peroxide cream (5 or 10% – though it should be noted that a few people have allergies to this), drinking plenty of water, avoiding all dairy (and some people say wheat, too), getting plenty of rest, and not picking at it. good luck!
try putting ur facial cleanser on ur back, just a suggestion! and to even out the compexion, (if there is an issue with that) if ur dark, use a skin lightener, if ur light, use a powder
you could get st ives apricot scrub i heard that helps with alot of peoples pimples i use it and i dont have but one tiny one on my face
