How to get great clear healthy skin?

For the past month I have been struggling with acne. I have blackheads and pimples throughout my body. There are so many products I have tried that have failed to keep their promise. I am currently using a Burt\'s bees face wash. I have used neautrogena zap zyt Clearasil those types of products. Does biore products work for stubborn acne. Just curious.
