I had horrible acne on my back for many years, friend of my recommended this unbelievable antioxidant, which also demonstrates anti-inflammatory activies, ( in most case acne is due to inflammations, caused by the unhealthy food we eat, especially the sodas and the foods that contains artificial sugars, such as aspartame, which is literally killing us) My acne went away in a matter of couple of weeks, i do continue to take my antioxidants, multivitamin, eat healthy and i feel great.
Definitely. I used to drink primarily sodas. Sooo bad for you and your skin. My skin’s still kinda back, especially my back and shoulders, but my face has cleared a bit AND dropping soda helps you lose a bit of weight, since you’re cutting that much sugar out of your diet. =]
hello im 14 and i hav lot of spots and when i squeeze them they just come back i don’t understand. i drink lots of pop
washing stuff i use 4 face is: clean n clear, i damp my face with water then i put clean and clear in my hands rub to geather and i put it on my face and rub in then i wash my face and after i use oxy anti-spot cream for afterwash i put a bit of that in my hands and rub all over my face where my acne is worst. iv had this for 2 years and nothings happened help me please
you can drink no pop man i loved pop too but i havnt hada pepsi in almost a year and belive me i drank ALOT of pepsi and all those good sodas i just did acne free in 3 days and my acne is getting fcked owned and i love it basicly when i ate poorly i had like 30 pimples or more on my back now i got like 6 and they dont hurt and look like they are dying of old age haha i love it
Yes. If you can’t take a shower every day, just use alittle water from your sink and an antibacterial soap on the areas with acne. You don’t necessarily HAVE to wash your whole body for that.
wow this advice sounds pretty good but you gotta be really commited huh?? anywaz, i was wondering if using an antibacterial soap ok, because doeasnt it kill the bacteria on your skin that can cause acne??

I Dont drink fizzy drinks, chocolate, sweets and my skins terrible O_O
