i started doing pushups and some bicep, tricep, shoulder, trap, and lat work out. when i flex my pecs i can feel the muscle, its pretty big. i bench around 240. im 17, 6,0ft, and 205lbs. i have a belly too, and fat thighs. im not in too bad shape, can run a mile in under 8 minutes, best time was 6:50. but im going to just keep doing my little workout and start starving myself.

There’s a lot of nutrition vids on Youtube, and also a lot of vids about metabolism boosting (burning your fat more with your body’s breakdown of foods).

I am 13 and i am not over weight.. i am a tiny bit chubby and i am not very good at picking out helthy stuff to eat what if i ate like 1 apple a day and worked out?
@Cutufrum Yes, I am serious. I don’t see much improvement from workouts but I still do them. I am a vegan for over 20 years now so I have not changed my diet too much.

I went and got help. I haven’t touched booze or dope since. I wanted to stop the insanity bad enough, that I followed thru with lots of good advice, and here I am clean.
I still have some man boobs, but it’s my own fault.
If I really wanted to be mb free, they’d be history.
@Cutufrum good question. What I would do if your uncertain, is find out if the excersise will effect your chest muscles. If it does, I’d stay far away.

I was told by a trainer that building muscle under fat is really a bad idea.
I know dieting sucks, but dieting and cardio excersises are the best for sending mb’s on their way.

Man boobs are from excess fat.
Pushups are more for the back muscles and for the arms.
I did diet and the manboobs were not bad enough that I was too embarassed to go swimming, and I had only lost about 20 pounds (if that)
I am 225 and 5’10-11
for some guys like me, the fat comes off areas that don;t mattter first, but if I persevere it’ll come off all areas, including manboobs.
Cardio excersise (everyday) and dieting, not just cutting back.
This guy does not have the problem and does not know what it feels like. After working chest for over 14 years and seeing no improvement I have do disagree with him. I am at the point where lipo or surgery is the only way to get rid of it.
lay down on the ground and have the weights in your hands on the ground and bring them together over your body.. it should probly do the same if not better
So is this basically dumbbell flyes except woyh resistance? And does it work different muscles rather than being on a flat bench position with dumbbells?

are u being honest about your comment, 14 years of exercise and no improvement? did u go on a diet?
What about exercises such as push ups?
chest excersises for man boobs are the worse thing, all they do is push out the MB;s even futher (via chest muscles)
Going on a diet (and sticking to it ) and doing cardio excersises ,will send manboobs packing.
