I would like to have clear skin and a healthy body. I was wondering how much water to drink and what to eat? I work at a gas station and its extremly hard to avoid the junk food. Is there any food I can bring with me to avoid the junk that does not spoil within a few hours?? I really want to eat better and I hope that this can help me clear up my acne. Help me please! I\'m desperate to get healthy!
