Lip Pimples – Are You Causing Them Yourself

This post on
lip pimples brings up a good point. It does touch upon the internal causes of acne, which they get double kudos for, but it also talks about things that you could be doing right now to cause breakouts on your skin. If you haven\'t heard by now, you should try to avoid touching your face as much as possible during the day. Your hands touch A LOT of different things throughout the day and you don\'t know where everyone else\'s hands have been. Sounds kind of gross, right?
Well normally this really isn\'t to big of a deal. We have a lot of different ways to keep out germs and what not. However, transferring bad bacteria to your face is just asking for a pimple to occur. The gunk on your hand can and does mix with the oil and dead skin clogging pores which can lead to breakouts.
The world isn\'t over if you do touch your face, but just make a conscious effort to do it as little as possible during the day to help prevent breakouts. And as always, focus on your internal problems so you don\'t have to worry about things like touching your face.
